I’m writing this with great gratitude to the staff that helped us when we stayed here the last night of our Japan trip. My four year old daughter was sick and the hotel staff noticed while responding to a quick room service. Soon our phone rang and later a gentleman, who I later believed was a senior staff or the manager of the hotel, knocked on our door to check on us. I let him know about our situation and that I was considering taking my child to a nearby clinic that evening. The gentleman offered to help and let us know he would make some calls. He later shared his findings about which clinic would be the best for us. He went out of his way making sure that the pediatric clinic would treat foreigners and accept credit card payments. After knowing that we would like to go there right away, he called a taxi for us and even made sure the taxi driver was crystal clear about the destination, and then he phoned the clinic to inform our ETA, etc. I was so pleasantly surprised about his thoroughness and how considerate he was while providing the help with professionalism and a genuine care. It’s hard for me to imagine to receive this same level of service at any other hotels we have stayed over the years. I have to admit that I didn’t initially have a high expectation as the location was a bit tricky and it took a while for us to figure out the right way up to the lobby. I’d recommend providing a more detailed direction to guests who visit the first time if possible. But the bit of challenge was soon overwritten by the warmness and care we felt during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here during a 23 hour layover because it’s right outside the airport. You can take a quick train here, but I arrived late so I just took a taxi since I was exhausted (it only took about 3-5 minutes to get here by taxi). The staff was excellent- they’re very professional and respectful, typical in Japanese hospitality. The property was brand new, so everything looked excellent and well maintained. The rooms were nice and cozy (most importantly the bed- you will definitely have a goodnight sleep). You get quite a few amenities with your room, which is nice after a long flight. The rooms are well insulated and sound proofed, so I had no idea if there was anyone staying in any of the rooms next to me. They do have a restaurant where you could eat breakfast, and my room did come with buffet style breakfast. Obviously your food options are mostly Japanese but there’s also some “western breakfast” options per se. Unfortunately I arrived late for breakfast due to sleeping in, but I was able to eat a few things. Overall, this is an excellent choice to stay during a layover instead of sleeping in the airport. It is well worth the money.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel provided pajamas which was handy if you wanted to pack all your clothes away the night before. There are also complimentary toiletries including hair brush etc. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and a convenience store just outside but we took the monorail to the airport to explore and have dinner (1 stop). There is a complimentary bus shuttle in the morning which was helpful to get you directly to the airport. If that was full we could have easily taken the monorail. Staff were very helpful and even assisted us with our bags to the rooms. Definitely an option to consider if you had an early flight out of Haneda airport, and very reasonably priced compared to the hotels at the airport. There is a rooftop area with plenty of sofas to sit and enjoy the view of tokyo and its surrounds.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful, we stayed at six different hotels on our trip to Japan, all rated four stars. I would consider this hotel closer to five stars. The breakfast was the best of all the breakfasts that we had in the hotels. Our flight got in late at 9:30 at night and we were able to get to this hotel in 10 minutes on the train one stop and it was literally in front of us. This hotel set the bar for the rest of the vacation. Some of the other four-star hotels that we stayed in left us comparing our experience to this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, check-in was easy, checkout was easy, breakfast was amazing, the entire staff was incredible, the amenities were great. So if your flight gets in late, this is where to stay!

Picked this hotel for its location to Haneda airport I was aware it was very new. Our stay was wonderful, the hotel, facilities and bedroom was superb. The breakfast had lots of different options, delicious, was fresh and staff were very attentive. Every member of staff we dealt with was so polite and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Laundry has 5 super machines and can be monitored from your room. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel is outstanding, there is a Roof Terrace on the 10th floor with breathtaking views. Best of all was a view of Mount Fuji from the 2nd floor entrance! Hotel is easy to get to with walks in the near vicinity, lots of various eateries and is adjacent to a free foot spa in the Innovation Centre - sheer bliss.
